Panelist at American Planning Association Annual Meeting

Barbara was invited to be part of the City of Coral Gables team presenting to the American Planning Association's Annual Meeting in New Orleans.  The topic was "A Holistic Approach to Downtown Revitalization" and focussed on the Gables Streetscape project.  As both a property owner and Vice President of the Coral Gables Business Improvement District, Barbara's insight to the project's goals, challenges and accomplishments brought additional dimension to the panel discussion.  City of Coral Gables panelists included Peter Iglesias, Assistance City Manager, Ramon Trias, Director of Planning and Zoning, and Francesca Valdes, Business Development Specialist.
